dc.description.abstractOsteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disorder characterized by lower bone mass and compromised microarchitecture, increasing susceptibility to fragility fracture. Practical guidelines suggested by the World Health Organization have provoked confusion when interpreting bone densitometry results. Family physicians need to improve their understanding of the measurement using different devices, and apply this knowledge in clinical practice.-
dc.description.abstract골다공증은 골량이 감소하고 뼈의 미세구조가 손상되어 작은 충격에도 골절이 일어나는 전신 질환이다. 세계보건기구가 제시한 골다공증진단의 가이드라인은 골밀도결과를 해석할 때 종종 혼란을 일으키기도 한다. 가정의학과 의사들은 골밀도결과 해석에 정확한 이해를 가지고 있어야 골밀도측정 기계가 달라도 정확하게 결과를 해석할 수 있고 그에 따라 골절위험이 높은 환자를 선별해낼 수 있다.-
