Complex regional pain syndrome(CRPS) is an uncommon chronic pain condition. Amputation for the treatment of complex regional pain syndrome couldn’t reduce pain well, but usually aggravated risky psychic state of patient which was caused by handicap after amputation. In this case, Patient with CRPS was contented with pain degree and mood which he experienced after operation. So we suggest that amputation is worth consideration for treatment of CRPS.-
