dc.description.abstractWe successfully corrected Stahl ear with a combination of scoring incisions and a conchal cartilage graft. The cymba concha was used as an onlay graft, to serve as an anatomical splint. This technique maintains the original size of the ear without an irregular contour or visible scars, and it makes it possible to reshape stiff cartilage.-
