| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 세포 유래 세포외 기질(ECM) 지지체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 동물의 연골 유래 연골세포로부터 연골세포/세포외 기질(ECM) 막을 수득한 다음, 수득된 연골세포/ECM 막을 배양하여 지지체가 없는 펠릿(pellet)-타입 구조물을 수득하고, 상기 수득된 펠릿(pellet)-타입 구조물을 냉동건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 유래 세포외 기질(ECM) 지지체(scaffold)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 세포 유래 세포외 기질 지지체는 지지체-프리 시스템에 의해 조직공학적으로 제작 및 배양된 연골로부터 제조된 다공성 지지체로 조직배양중 그크기가 줄어들지 않아 연골 재생에 유용하다. | - |
