| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 개별 단백질 또는 유전자의 정적 특성, 이웃 단백질과의 단백질 상호작용 정보, 단백질 또는 유전자의 발현 프로파일 등을 입력함으로써 소정의 조건에서 대상 단백질의 세포 내 위치를 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의한 방법을 이용함으로써 기존에 공지된 대상 단백질과 소정의 조건을 입력함으로써 특정 조건에서 대상 단백질의 세포 내 위치를 효과적으로 예측할 수 있으며, 반대로 대상 단백질의 세포 내 위치를 통해 질병 단계와 같은 조건을 확인할 수 있다. | - |
