- 본 발명은 라파마이신(rapamycin)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학 또는 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로써, 아미노글리코사이드계 항생제에 의한 이독성 난청, 돌발성 난청 및 소음성 난청으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 난청의 예방, 개선 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 아미노글리코사이드계 항생제의 부작용을 경감할 수 있는, 아미노글리코계사이드 항생제와 라파마이신의 약제학적 복합 제제로써 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
