- 본 발명에 따른 세포 배양용 폴리비닐 알코올 나노섬유 구조체의 제조 방법은 폴리비닐 알코올(polyvinyl alcohol), 폴리아크릴산(polyacrylic acid) 및 글루타르알데히드(glutaraldehyde)를 포함하는 전기방사 용액을 전기방사 하여 나노섬유매트를 형성하는 단계, 나노섬유매트에 대해서 염산 증기 처리하여 가교시키는 단계 및 염산 증기 처리된 나노섬유매트에 대해서 디메틸포름알데히드 용매 처리하여 결정화시키는 단계를 포함한다.
