- Abstract
- 본 발명은 조혈모세포의 항상성 유지하고 조절하는 COTL1 유전자 또는 단백질에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 COTL1 유전자의 변이 또는 단백질 발현 감소에 따른 조혈모세포 항상성 이상과 관련된 혈액질환 진단 및 치료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 COTL1 유전자 또는 단백질은 미토콘드리아 형태조절에 중요한 역할을 하고 발현이 억제될 경우에는 조혈모세포의 수가 감소하므로, COTL1 유전자 또는 단백질을 이용한 조혈모세포 항상성 이상과 관련된 혈액질환의 진단 및 치료에 유용하다.
