- 본 발명은 CCL3 (C-C chemokine ligand 3) 활성 억제제인 항-CCL3 항체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 베체트병에 의한 피부궤양 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항-CCL3 항체는 CCR1+ 세포의 빈도를 증가시키므로, CCR1 발현 감소로 인해 악화된 베체트병에 의한 피부궤양 질환 치료제로 유용하다.
