- 본 발명은 톨 유사 수용체 2(TLR2)를 포함하는 백질 뇌졸중 검출용 바이오마커 조성물 및 TLR2를 이용한 의학적 용도에 관한 것으로, 상기 TLR2가 허혈성 탈수초화 및 올리고덴드로사이트사에 대한 방어 역할을 수행함으로써 백질 뇌졸중의 바이오마커로서 이용할 수 있고, TLR2를 표적으로 하여 허혈성 백질 뇌졸중을 치료하거나 예방할 수 있다.
