- 본 발명은 LCN2 유전자를 이용하여 소라페닙 치료에 대한 감수성을 예측하는 방법 및 LCN2 발현 억제를 이용한 소라페닙 내성암 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 LCN2 유전자를 이용한 소라페닙 치료에 대한 감수성을 예측하는 방법은 암 환자에게 적합한 약물을 투여하여 최적의 치료 효과를 달성할 수 있도록 하며, LCN2 억제를 이용한 소라페닙 내성암 치료용 조성물은 항암 치료 효과가 매우 우수하다.
