- Nurr1이 TH 유전자의 발현을 조절할때 세포의 분화정도에 따라 새로운 cofactor를 유도하여 complex를 형성하게되는데 미분화신경줄기세포에서는 BTK를 분화세포에서는 PARP를 유도한다.
