| dc.description.abstract | Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition characterized by patches of abnormal skin. Currently, there is no cure for psoriasis, and treatment strategies aim to reduce the severity of symptoms. We report the case of a 71-year-old female with severe psoriasis under treatment with topical steroids, ultraviolet light, and immunosuppressants for 13 years. After receiving intravenous nutritional therapy, antihistamines, and adrenal extract, the patient experienced almost complete resolution of psoriatic patches on her body. | - |
