- 본 발명은 허피스 바이러스와 하이드로코르티손을 이용한 허피스 감염증 마우스 모델의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 허피스 감염증 마우스 모델에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 제조방법을 이용하면, 허피스 감염증상이 명확하게 나타나는 동물모델을 제조할 수 있으므로, 허피스 바이러스 감염증의 치료제 개발에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
