| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 펩타이드 또는 이의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자가면역반응에 의해 유도되는 염증질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 P1 내지 P5 펩타이드 또는 이들의 혼합물을 자가면역반응으로 유발된 염증성 질환인 건선 및 염증성 장질환 마우스 동물모델에 복강주사하거나 피부외용제로 도포한 결과, 건선 마우스 모델의 피부 궤양과 피부 염증이 개선된 것이 확인되었으며, 장염 모델의 염증 증상이 개선됨에 따라, 상기 P1 내지 P5 펩타이드 또는 이들의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 자가면역반응에 의해 유발된 염증성 질환 치료제로 제공될 수 있다. | - |
