- 본 발명은 SNCG(Synuclein Gamma) 억제제인 AZ-628은 SNCG(Synuclein Gamma) 단백질의 C-말단에 결합하여 SNCG에 의해 조절되는 퇴행성 질환과 관련 인자들인 MMP3, MMP13 및 COX2의 발현을 억제하는 것을 확인함으로써, 상기 화합물은 SNCG에 의해 발병되는 퇴행성 관절염 및 파킨슨병의 치료제로 제공된다.
