| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 세포 특이적 부착 조절 물질을 함유하는 폴리비닐 알코올 나노섬유 멤브레인 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 폴리비닐 알코올(polyvinyl alcohol)에, 폴리아크릴산(polyacrylic acid) 및 글루타르알데히드(glutaraldehyde) 가교제를 포함하는 수용성 용액과 세포부착성을 증강시키거나 조절할 수 있는 물질을 포함하여 이를 전기 방사하는 단계, 염산 증기 및 디메틸포름알데히드 용매처리 후 수산화나트륨으로 처리하는 단계를 거쳐서 세포부착성을 조절함으로써, 세포활성과 성장 등의 세포기능을 유지할 수 있는 나노섬유 멤브레인을 제조하는 방법이다. | - |
