- Abstract
- 본 발명은 WASF2 자가항체를 이용한 간세포암종 조기진단용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 조직검사 및 영상촬영 기술을 사용하지 않고, 환자의 혈액과 같은 비침습적 생물학적 시료를 이용해 간편하게 조기 간세포암종을 진단할 수 있는 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명을 이용하여 혈액 내 존재하는 WASF2 인지 자가항체의 발현 정도를 측정할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 간세포암종을 조기 진단할 수 있다.
