- Abstract
- 본 발명은 ASK1(apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1) 억제제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 천연물질 유래 특정 화합물과 이를 포함하는 ASK1 억제용 조성물 및 상기 화합물을 포함하는 ASK1 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. ASK1 억제제의 경우, 조직 또는 기관 등에 따라 작용 방식이 다양하므로, 다양한 ASK1 억제제 후보 물질 발굴은 ASK1 활성화와 관련된 만성 질환 등의 치료제 개발에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 특정 화합물들은 ASK1 억제제 및 ASK1 관련 질환의 치료제로 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
