- 본 발명은 포스콜린 및 레티노산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 감각신경성 난청의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 포스콜린 및 레티노산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학 조성물은 항암 치료시 이독성 약물에 의해 유발되는 난청을 예방, 개선 또는 치료 효과가 우수하므로, 감각신경성 난청의 예방 또는 치료제 외에도 항암제 부작용을 경감할 수 있는 약제학적 복합제제로 유용하다.
