Lymphangiomas are rare benign tumors of the lymphatic system, usually seen in children. Typical locations include the head, neck and axilla, and one of the least frequently involved sites is the urinary bladder. Only three cases of bladder lymphangioma or hemangiolymphangioma have been reported. All of these occurred in children and were treated by partial cystectomy. We report the first case of a bladder lymphangioma in an adult that was successfully treated by transurethral resection alone.-
