dc.description.abstractBone histomorphometry have become important in the diagnosis and management of metabolic bone diseases. The author had studied about outpatient technique for obtaining transiliac bone biopsy specimens under the directorship of the professor Lorraine A. Fitzpatrick at the Mayo Clinic located in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Bone biopsy would provide accurate and enough information about bone metabolism, thus improving the patient care and research development.-
