Metallic foreign bodies are occasionally found in paranasal sinuses. Among these, frontal and maxillary sinuses are most often involved, but, ethmoid and sphenoid foreign bodies are very rare. We experienced a rare case of penetrating injury into the posterior ethmoid sinus through the orbit by metallic foreign body, which we removed successfully using nasal endoscope.-
