dc.description.abstractCongenital double lip deformity is an infrequent developmental abnormality affecting the lips, more commonly the upper lip. It resulted from an accessory fold of redundant mucous membrane inside the vermilion border of the lips. Especially, there is no previous report on the bilabial congenital double lips. We present a very rare case of double lips occurred simultaneously in both upper and lower lips.-
