A 33-year-old woman developed a pea-sized, painless, pedunculated nodule on the right palm. Microscopically, it consists of an intricate mixture of lipocytes and uniform spindle cells that was closely associated with a varying number of short bundles of collagen fibers. The lesion had been excised and showed no evidence of recurrence.en
