- 본 발명은 NUPR1을 포함하는 미토콘드리아 기능 저하된 암 진단용 바이오마커 조성물 및 이를 이용한 암 진단 방법에 대한 것으로, 상세하게는 NUPR1 유전자 또는 상기 유전자가 코딩하는 단백질을 포함하는 미토콘드리아 기능 저하된 암 진단용 바이오마커 조성물, 이를 이용한 암 진단 키트 및 암 진단 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 NUPR1 단백질 발현 또는 활성 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 미토콘드리아 기능 저하된 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물 및 상기 NUPR1 단백질을 이용한 미토콘드리아 기능 저하된 암 치료제 스크리닝 방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 NUPR1 유전자 또는 NUPR1 단백질은 미토콘드리아 기능 저하된 암 진단 및 치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
