- Abstract
- 본 발명은 퇴행성 관절염 진단용 바이오마커로서 TRIM24와 RIP3의 신규한 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 퇴행성 관절염 발병 초기에 TRIM24 발현이 감소하고, 이에 따라 RIP3 발현이 증가하는 경향을 확인함으로써, TRIM24 및 RIP3가 퇴행성 관절염 진단용 바이오마커로 활용될 수 있음을 최초로 규명하였다. 이들 두 단백질은 퇴행성 관절염 발병 초기부터 발현양 변화를 확인할 수 있어, 퇴행성 관절염의 조기 진단을 가능하게 하여, 퇴행성 관절염의 진행을 조기에 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
