| dc.description.abstract | Penile strangulation caused by wearing metallic or non-metallic objects is unusual but potentially serious. We report the case of a 33-year-old man who presented with penile strangulation after applying a self-circumcision device. The device was removed, and after conservative treatment conventional circumcision was performed. It is stressed that circumcision should be performed by urologists or medically trained personnel. | en |
