dc.description.abstractHemangioma of the scrotum is a rare and benign tumor and complete surgical excision is the preferred treatment. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may be useful for the evaluation of these lesions particularly when determining the extent or depth of involvement would affect management decisions. Herein, we report 3 cases of scrotal hemangioma, and the usefulness of MRI in the evaluation of these lesions is discussed.en
