| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 응급실 간호사의 비판적 사고성향과 임상적 의사결정능력을 파악하고, 이들의 관계를 확인하여 응급 간호의 질적 수행을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시행한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 2012년 1월부터 2월까지 수도권 소재 권역, 지역 응급의료기관으로 지정된 응급실에 근무 중인 경력 1년 이상의 간호사 158명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 도구는 윤진(2004)의 비판적 사고성향도구와 Jenkins(1985)의 The Clinical Decision Making in Nursing Scale을 백미경(2004)이 번안하여 수정한 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. | - |
