- 본 발명은 TIS21 유전자의 효능제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 비알콜성 지방간 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 치료제 스크리닝 방법 또는 건강식품에 관한 것으로 TIS21 유전자가 억제 또는 결핍되면 간의 지방 침착이 증가되므로, 본 발명에 따른 약학 조성물 및 건강식품은 비알콜성 지방간의 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있고, TIS21 유전자의 발현 정도를 조사하여 TIS21 유전자의 발현을 촉진하는 후보약물을 스크리닝할 수 있기에, 비알콜성 지방간 치료에 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다.
