- Abstract
- 본 발명은 기질세포 유래 인자 1(stromal cell-derived factor 1; SDF1) 프로모터 영역을 이용한 피부 미백제 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 피부의 색소발현량과 SDF1 프로모터 발현의 상관관계를 관찰할 수 있고, 이를 통하여 색소침착물질과 색소감소물질을 사전에 스크리닝하는 시스템에 이용 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 본 발명을 통해 스크리닝된 약물은 피부색소 관련 질환에 대한 치료에 사용될 수 있다.
